How
can I pay for my order?
Barstoolsforless.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Paypal,
cashiers cheques & international money orders. Your card will not
be billed until your order is ready
to be shipped out. However, a limited number of items that ship direct
from the manufacturer are
charged right away if the item is in stock, usually arriving within 7-14
days.
How
much is delivery?
We provide free shipping on all items
within the U.S (Alaska & Hawaii Excluded). Please note when
comparing prices that we offer free shipping, so any price we beat will
be the final delivered prices.
Shipments to Canada are available, just call or e-mail us for quotes.
If ordering outside the U.S, please
check if there are any import fee's or taxes as we are not responsible.
Can
you deliver to a P.O. Box?
We cannot deliver to PO boxes or military APO addresses. Our ground
carriers will only deliver to a valid
street address. Occasionally a Box or an RT is part of the address which
is acceptable.
What if an item is damaged during shipment?
Damage: You are encouraged to inspect your shipment for
obvious or concealed damage. If you
observe any visible box damage, inspect your shipment immediately. Note
any damage to
driver prior to signing for a shipment in good condition.
Our products are very durable and are
packed exceptionally well. However, occasionally internal damage does
occur. We will assist you in
all claims and replacement merchandise needed provided you report damages
within 48 hours from
the receipt of your shipment. This can be done via phone (866)322-7732
or E-mail. Our
normal
business hours are Monday - Friday, 9-5 cst.
Can I track my orders online?
Your shipments can be tracked online at www.fedex.com
or www.ups.com. A tracking
number can
be obtained via email only two weeks after your order has been
placed. We will provide you with a unique
tracking number on request after the two week period. This allows sufficient
time for your shipment to
enter the shipping system.
What is your return, exchange & refund policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return
the item in its original packaging
within 14 Days for an exchange or refund. To return an item just call
or e-mail us to receive a Return
Authorization Number (RMA). Exchanges are less all actual shipping charges.
Refunds are less all actual
shipping charges and the Restock Fee.
There is a 25% restock fee charged on all returns
and/or cancelled orders,
unless the item is
defective and exchanged for the exact same item. Shipments out of their
original boxes, without Return
Authorization, or assembled items will not be accepted for return.
What about international delivery?
We will ship our bar stools throughout the world through UPS Worldwide
Express and Expedited Service.
Please contact us for shipping quotes. Credit cards may be refused for
international orders & may require
payment via certified cheque or money order payable in U.S funds.
Will my item look exactly like the picture?
We makes every effort to provide high quality images to assist you in
choosing an appropriate colors.
However, images may vary in color depending on your monitor color settings.
If exact color is critical
to your order we recommend contacting us by phone or e-mail so we can
help you. However, we are
not responsible for any variations in colors. Returns that are requested
for this reason are subject to
all of our return policies & fee's.
Will the furniture require assembly?
Yes. Most items will require some assembly even if not noted on the product
description. Please e-mail
us if you want to check specific items. All parts including tools, screws,
nuts and bolts are packed securely
in small bags and boxed with instructions. Easy to follow instructions
are included with those items needing
assembly. Typical tools that you may need include a hammer, adjustable
wrench and screw drivers (Phillips
head or flat head).
